Notwithstanding restriction from a few quarters and approach to delay the national level exams of entrance for professional courses during the Covid-19 emergency, the National Testing Agency (NTA) gave an order to lead JEE from September 1 to 6, and NEET on September 13.

Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia asked the Center to either delay NEET and JEE exams or found some other alternative way of conduct.

Delhi’s education minister and Deputy CM, Manish Sisodia, asked the Central government to either defer the NEET and JEE or find another method to conduct the exams.

“I think the Central Govt should delay the NEET and JEE exams or find another way to conduct the exams. Examination framework over the world is developing, there are 1,000 substitute approaches to conduct exams,” Sisodia told reporters.”
